Closed on federal holidays. - The Center of Hope, located at 1081 West Main Street in Ravenna: Open from 9:00am to 3:00pm weekdays. Hot meals are available. - Kent Social Services, located at 1066 South Water Street in Kent: Open from 9:00am to 3:00pm weekdays, with extended hours until 5:00pm the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. Hot meals are available. - Portage Senior Center, located at 706 Oakwood Street in Ravenna: Open from 9:00am to 3:00pm weekdays.

Operates a cooling center during periods of extreme heat and warming center during extreme cold. - Cooling Center: Actual temperature must be over 98 degrees Fahrenheit. - Warming Center: Assisting during extreme cold weather and during storm power outages.
