Program providing area youth with work experience to assist with the following: * Opportunity to identify several vocational areas of interest * Acquire a general understanding of the job-seeking process * Ability to meet employer's expectations as far as quality and quantity of work and work behaviors * Build upon communication and interpersonal skills * Address potential vocational barriers While participating, youth earn minimum wage.
