Must have a housing risk factor (eviction, inhabitable conditions, back rent owed, etc).
Must have some form of income and the willingness to seek employment.
Must be willing to participate in 12-18 months of case management.

Long-term intensive case management program supporting family stability with a variety of services, such as: family counseling, eviction prevention assistance, assistance locating community resources, budgeting assistance, and short-term financial support for rent, transportation, utility bills. Program does not provide emergency financial assistance.
