Adrc Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) | Cleveland Clinic Akron General

Provides supervised, structured programs that offer a wide range of outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager for individuals who have problems related to substance use disorder, who need access to treatment to maintain their individual recovery plans but do not require the intensity of a day treatment program or 24-hour hospital care. Offers assessment, intensive outpatient (IOP), aftercare, and medication-assisted treatment in conjunction with counseling services.

Application process

Call the office for more information or to schedule an assessment appointment. Patients do not need a referral from another program or agency. Self-referrals are accepted.

Fee

Varies according to service. Accepts most major insurance programs, Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. Summit County residents may be eligible for financial assistance.

Eligibility

Serves adults age 18 and over. Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) criteria are used to determine the appropriate level of care.
