Phone M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm for information. Those who cannot afford the fee may file an Affidavit of Poverty with the court.

Fixed application fee, which may be waived in some cases; court costs may be incurred.

Eligibility

Serves those with court cases in the Cuyahoga County court or municipal courts within Cuyahoga County. Serves those persons charged with criminal violations, minors in delinquent and unruly matters, and parents of children who have been removed from the home by the county's Children Services agency.
