Provides 2 group homes for youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (DD). Services for residents include training and assistance in self care, daily living skills, and social and recreational activities. Can serve children who, in addition to DD, have complicated medical or emotional challenges. Each location serves six youth.

Must be referred from the CCBDD or Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services. There is a waiting list for this service. May phone M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm for information.

Paid by the CCBDD or other funding programs.
Eligibility
Cuyahoga County residents, ages 3-21, who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and have been referred by the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental (CCBDD).
