Fees

$25 per copy. The following forms of payment are accepted: * Cash * In-state Ohio check with driver's license/Ohio I.D. (Out of state checks are not accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned checks). * Credit card: There is an additional fee of 2.5% or $1.50 minimum for using credit cards.
