Works to help infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with vision loss overcome or avoid developmental delays. Specialists and therapists work with each family to assess the child's abilities and needs, instruct families in methods that will strengthen his or her abilities and help develop new skills, provide ongoing workshops and support groups to share experiences and information.

Phone Children and Young Adult Services M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm. A Case Manager will take initial information and request an eye exam report dated within 6 months prior to application. After eye report is received, a Caseworker will be assigned to arrange for service.
Fee
There are fixed fees, but scholarship assistance is available; no one is denied service because of inability to pay.
Eligibility
Serves males and females from age 0-6. Must be blind or visually impaired. There is an infants and toddlers program for ages 0-3, and a diverse preschool for ages 3-6
