Jackson County has implemented an emergency mass notification system that will be used to contact County residents and businesses via phone messages, text messages, and emails in case of emergencies. The system, called “Hyper-Reach”, will be used by Townships, Cities and County Agencies to notify residents and businesses of emergencies or critical situations and provide information regarding necessary actions. Residents are encouraged to sign up and select preference for receiving Alerts.
