Provide: Cover Email, Memo or Letter expressing the need and your Contact Information; Social History; Past Treatment Records, Notes, School Records, and Treatment Summaries. Oesterlen will provide a Treatment Packet that will help with the process.

Residential is a fee for service program (i.e., a per diem) that provides for food, clothing and shelter. Per Diem Fees are typically paid via contract with a Mental Health / Child Welfare / State / Family & Children First or other governmental entity. Private Pay is also another option. Behavioral (Mental) Health and Medical Services are provided typically via Insurance / Medicaid / Private Pay. Please call for current Per Diems.
