Provides education and skills training needed to reenter the job market and find meaningful and stable employment. Services include vocational assessment and counseling, job search techniques, occupational classroom retraining, paid on the job training and direct job placement. Participants may access the resource center offering assistance with resume writing and job search.

Adults 18 and older who have lost their job due to lay off, plant closing, or other reasons beyond their control, displaced homemakers, or low-income workers (generally making around $34,110 or less for a single person family, inquire for amounts for larger families).
