Individual Support Services (iss) | Pioneer Center

Provides financial and technical assistance to eligible individuals with developmental disabilities who need to purchase special equipment, or who need to purchase special dietary supplements or incontinence products prescribed by a physician or dietitian. Provides financial assistance toward the installation costs of necessary home modifications for those with disabilities, respite care, transition and adult services, and any other unique needs to fill gaps not covered by Medicaid.
