No restriction for animal adoption. Animal rescue and cruelty to animals investigation limited to the City of Euclid. Dead animal pickup from public property only in the City of Euclid.

Office hours: M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. After hours there is an emergency number at the Police Dept., so emergency services are available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Hours for animal adoption vary.
