MINORITY MEN'S HEALTH CENTER / MINORITY MENS HEALTH CENTER | CLEVELAND CLINIC FOUNDATION

Provides screening, education, and treatment for a variety of diseases that affect more men of certain races and ethnicities than their races or ethnicities appear in the population. Typical screenings include prostate cancer, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, sickle cell anemia, and testicular cancer.

Offered frequently on Wednesday: 8:00am-12:00noon. Also does a one-day free health fair for this population yearly in April.

Application process

Appointment required. Call and leave a message 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to request an appointment for either site. Staff will call back to schedule.

Fee

Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility.

Men, aged 18 and over. No residency restrictions.
