Assist callers by addressing co-parenting challenges, parental abduction prevention, domestic violence, child abuse or neglect concerns, and parenting styles. Case managers guide callers on issues such as creating workable parenting plans (custody and visitation), building communication and parenting skill sets, understanding legal options and learning how to navigate the court and support systems. The option of mediation is assessed and offered when appropriate.
