Description
Offering OJT NEG (On the Job Training - National Emergency Grant) to employers and job seekers. Puts unemployed workers to work earning wages while receiving necessary training. The individual hired has to be a dislocated/unemployed person. The benefit to the employer is that they can be reimbursed for some costs associated with training the OJT participant. Reimbursement to the employer can be up to $8,000 per participant.
