Individuals who receive SNAP benefits are eligible for fee waivers. Individuals who do not receive food assistance are eligible for fee reductions.

Southeastern Ohio Legal Services and Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) will offer a Driver’s License Reinstatement Clinic. Defendants that have had difficulty with their Driver’s License Reinstatement will have the opportunity to appear before a Judge, work with a Legal Aid Attorney or go to the BMV representative and determine what steps they need to take to begin the process of reinstating their Driver’s License.
