Eligibility

Social Security Administration determines eligibility and must see a need for a Representative Payee in that the beneficiary cannot handle their fund management on their own.

Application process

Contact us at 304-485-3141 to schedule an intake interview with a CCCS representative. We will then contact the Social Security Administration to apply to become the Representative Payee on the client's behalf.

Fees

Set by the Social Security Administration and subject to change depending upon the increase of benefits.

An individual who is found unable to handle their monthly benefits, the Social Security Administration will appoint CCCS to ensure the proper management of a client's benefits and that all basic needs of the client of are met.
