Serves veterans of the US military who have been disabled at the 100% level due to individual unemployability caused by service-connected disability. Persons who are rated as 100% permanently disabled and spouses of deceased individuals who previously received the exemption are also eligible to apply. Must have been honorably discharged from the military.
DD214 (Discharge Papers) Award letter showing disability rating of 100% OR award letter showing compensation at 100%, and a document showing approval of the application for a determination of individual unemployability.

Phone or walk in for information and an application M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm.. Individuals may phone to have a form mailed to them. Those currently receiving the exemption who have recently moved must fill out a transfer form during the application period with their new address.
