Application process
Walk in. Offers Rx vouchers to Hursh Drug, Kroger, Towne Pharmacy. Clients will need to transfer prescriptions to one of the 3 participating pharmacies. Client needs to provide a print out from the pharmacy with the cost of the prescriptions, quantity and dose. Needs to provide a new print out each time the client comes here for prescription assistance. New 2026 applications are required for assistance. Case management is required for continued assistance. **NOTE**Call first to find out what additional paperwork is required.

  • NOT able to pay for pain medications, anti-inflammatory medications, or performance-enhancing medications. Exceptions to pain medication assistance are cancer patients with documented medical need from physician.
