  • Goodyear: 1st Monday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Highland Square: 1st Tuesday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Green: 2nd Monday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Springfield-Lakemore: 2nd Tuesday from Noon to 4:00pm.
  • Firestone Park: 2nd Wednesday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Northwest Akron: 3rd Monday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Odom Boulevard: 3rd Tuesday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Maple Valley: 4th Monday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • North Hill: 4th Tuesday from Noon to 4:00pm.
  • Main Library: Last Thursday from 10:00am to Noon and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
  • Not offered on county or federal holidays.

Partnering with Summit County Job and Family Services to provide one-on-one case management assistance with cash, food, medical, and other assistance/benefits. Case managers can assist with turning in documents, applying or re-applying for assistance, reporting case changes, and other case/eligibility questions.
