Offers interpreting and translating services are available for a fee for courts, hospitals, law enforcement agencies, health care providers, and other local organizations through a Language Bank of about 100 paid interpreters with a total of 54 languages. After hours interpreters are provided ONLY for life threatening situations such as hospital or medical emergencies, car accidents, domestic violence, and rape crisis. After hours interpreters ARE NOT provided for DUI, hospital discharge (unless scheduled in advance), private individuals, or other similar circumstances.

Application process

During regular business hours call the office and ask for the Interpreting Coordinator. After hours (4:30pm to 8:30am) call the Emergency Interpreting Line at 330-414-2936. Please call for life threatening emergencies only.
