Eligibility

Foster/Adoptive Parent must be 21 years of age or older, a resident of Franklin, Fairfield, Madison, Delaware, Licking, Union or Pickaway County. Must have bedroom space for a foster or adoptive child and have adequate income to meet monthly needs. All marriage statuses and life styles are acceptable; however, married couples must have been married for at least one year. Will only approve adoptive home studies for families who already have a Franklin County child in their home.
