Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is offered on a one on one basis with a licensed clinician. EMDR allows the participant to reprocess traumatic memories in a way that allows them to resolve emotional distress that may be getting in the way of their everyday functioning. EMDR utilizes eye movements and tapping to activate both sides of the person's brain which then assists the person with storing the memory into their long term memory.

Group counseling, individual counseling, case management, and professional training are offered. A Women's Group is available for women who are survivors of domestic violence, trafficking, and/or assault.
