Client pays 30%-40% of the family's monthly adjusted gross income, with a subsidy making up the difference between this amount and the market rent of the unit. There is an upper limit on acceptable rental price.

Administers subsidized rental program for low-income residents. Eligible applicant who is selected from the waiting list pays approximately 30-40% of adjusted gross family income in rent and the subsidy makes up the balance of market rent. The subsidy moves with the participant, and it can be used in any unit in the private market which passes an inspection, as long as the participant remains eligible and the landlord agrees to participate in the program. There is a waiting list for this program.
