Application process
Non-homebound: Call a neighborhood branch or the Main Library to request materials. Homebound: A homebound service library account must be obtained from the library, and once it has been obtained all previous library card services are void. Phone for information and to apply for service M-Sa: 10:00am-6:00pm. After receiving the homebound service library card, the client may request materials from any specific department or may call the homebound service department directly. UPS will then deliver and pickup materials at client's location. Materials may also be returned at the main library or any branch.

Eligibility
Homebound: Residents of the city of Cleveland who are unable to visit the library due to age or disability (short-term or long-term). Non-homebound: Adult residents of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District which includes Cleveland, Bratenahl, Newburgh Heights, and Linndale.
