Child Support Assistance/Enforcement | Hamilton County Job And Family Services

Provides assistance to ensure that support is paid and received by establishing and enforcing child support orders, establishing paternity, and administering paternity tests. After a completed application is received, a child support caseworker will be assigned and a genetic testing and/or support hearing will be scheduled.
