Application process
Phone for information and intake M-F: 9:00am-4:00pm. Caller will be screened by phone and if appropriate for a mental health assessment, an appointment for an assessment will be made. Once the assessment is complete, if appropriate the client will be enrolled for services.

Accepts payment through Medicaid (however, client does not have to already be enrolled in Medicaid for initial intake)
Eligibility
Cuyahoga County residents. Serves those age 4 and older at all sites except The East Health and Wellness Center which only serves Adults age 18 and older.
