Serves residents of Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson, or Tuscarawas counties in a crisis, such as: - Being homeless. -Transitioned into permanent housing in the past 30 days. - In an emergency situation (other than homeless) such as had a fire, flood, bedbugs or natural disaster.
Will be requested as needed.
- Call Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. May also call anytime and leave a voicemail. - May apply online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
