Description

The Inpatient Program at Columbus Springs Dublin is designed to provide intensive, highly-structured treatment for adults, ages 18 and older with psychiatric, addictive, and co-occurring disorders. The Columbus Springs multidisciplinary team works together to address the unique mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, cognitive, and social needs of each patient. During inpatient treatment, patients will learn to manage their mental health or addiction issues through a combination of behavioral and holistic therapies, wellness education, recreational activities and medication. Inpatient Mental Health & Addiction Treatment Therapies Rehabilitation Medication management therapy is a treatment system used to ensure that patients are receiving optimal therapeutic outcomes for the prescription medications that they may be taking. Therapeutic Modalities Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), Solution-focused therapy, Trauma-focused therapy groups. Holistic Therapies Yoga therapy, art therapy, music therapy, pet therapy, recreation therapy.
