Office: Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4:30 pm Emergency Hotline: Mon-Sun 24 hours * Investigations of reports alleging abuse, neglect and exploitation are mandated to be initiated within 24 hours in the event of an emergency, or otherwise within 3 working days after the report is received.
