Transitional Housing - Substance Use / Ex-offenders / Human Trafficking | Jordan Community Resource Center

Provides temporary housing for women with substance use disorder issues, a history of incarceration, domestic violence, and/or human trafficking. Service includes intensive case management, employment preparation, and permanent housing assistance.

Application process

Accepts referrals from outside agencies as well as self-referral. Phone for information M-F: 9:00am-4:00pm. All potential clients will be screened for eligibility and go through an assessment interview before placement.
