Eligibility
- Serves residents of Lorain County.
- Individuals without employment that are not students must complete 25 volunteer hours before they are eligible to receive assistance.
Required documents
- Completed application, photo ID, and proof of residency such as a bill or lease agreement with current address.
- Employed individuals must provide proof of employment such as a copy of their most recent pay stub.
- Students must provide proof of regular attendance of classes.

Application process
- Walk in on Tuesday from 10:00 to Noon to complete an application for assistance.
- If unable to apply on a Tuesday from 10:00am to Noon because of work or school schedule, call the office to discuss alternative time to apply.
- To donate furniture: Call the office or email [email protected] to schedule a time to donate furniture.

- No fee.
- Individuals without employment that are not students must complete 25 volunteer hours with Pass It On at the Clothing Bank or Vine of Hope Food Pantry.
