Targets those without health insurance, particularly people who are homeless or live in public housing.

Proof of income insurance card if applicable (primary care/case management only).

Application process

If already living with HIV / AIDS, and seeking primary care or case management, phone to schedule an appointment with an intake counselor. Otherwise, walk in for service. Test results are usually available within 15 minutes.

Fees

Testing and prevention supplies are free; All other services: Sliding scale (scale slides to zero); Third-party payment accepted including Medicaid and Medicare.
