The Public Health Preparedness (PHEP) Program coordinates local and regional emergency response planning for disasters, working directly with elected officials, fire/EMS, law enforcement, hospitals, EMA, media, businesses, faith-based groups, social services, housing/sheltering, mental/behavioral health, and non-governmental and volunteer agencies.
