Co-pay Relief Program | Patient Advocate Foundation

Provides financial support such as co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and medical insurance premiums to insured individuals, including Medicare Part D beneficiaries, who must financially and medically qualify to access pharmaceutical and other co-payment assistance. The program offers personal service to all individuals through the use of call counselors who will personally guide individuals through the enrollment process.
