Child Care Vouchers - Low Income Families | Darke County Job And Family Services
Assists with child care expenses for parents or guardians of minor children. Recipients who qualify will only be responsible to pay a weekly fee (calculated based on their income and household size) to the child care service of their choice. Individuals must choose a licensed child care center, school-age program, head start, or a home provider (relative or non relative) or in-home aide that is certified by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). Child care services are also available for children who require special-needs care or who are in need of protective child care services.

Eligibility
Caregiver must live in Darke County and must be one of the following: Employed; Enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or Receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure. For initial application, income must be 200% or less of current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL) and may raise up to 300% FPL while in the program.
