Provides primary health care and behavioral health services to Ohio with a focus on LGBTQ clients. Provides community education and information regarding HIV/AIDS. Also provides supportive services, housing, rental and utility assistance, food pantry, support groups, counseling, legal referral, financial assistance, primary care services and community resource information for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
