Eligibility

Based on income, family size, criminal history, disabilities, veteran status. Every member of household must be US citizens or have eligible immigrant status. Must meet income guidelines. Call for more information.

For entire household: Birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses, rental history for past 3 years, proof of citizenship or resident eligibility, 1 month of household income

Complete application. Applications are available at the office or online at www.miamimhacac.org/ The application can be emailed with appropriate documentation or dropped off with documentation to our office during business hours or in an envelope to one of our secure mailboxes on our front porch or next to our rear accessible entrance.

MMHA offers housing opportunities for qualified families, individuals and seniors in communities throughout Miami County. The housing authority has both housing it owns as well as the housing choice voucher program, a program for assisting very low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market.
