Home Improvement Loan | Lakewood City Of - Department Of Planning And Development

Offers low-interest loans to Lakewood residents who want to improve their homes or to add or to improve wheelchair accessibility in the home (such as install a ramp or add an ADA bathroom). Maximum loan is $25,000, with term up to 20 years. Grant assistance is available up to 50% of loan (maximum $4,000) to offset cost of qualified exterior improvements. The loan will be secured by a lien on the property.
