Help Me Grow | Franklin County Family And Children First Council
Offers home visiting and early intervention programs for at-risk infants and children. Works with pregnant mothers to teach proper prenatal care so they will have a better chance of delivering a healthy child. Educates parents about immunizations, what to look for developmentally as their child grows, making a home safe for children, community linkage and how parents play a role in helping their child become ready for learning.

Application process

Eligibility
Home Visiting: Low-income, first time parents with children up to 6 months old at time of referral. Families with a confirmed abuse or neglect case can be referred through age 3. Part C Early Intervention Program: Children infant-3 years old with an identified delay or disability.
