SMOKING CESSATION - MEDICAID | MOLINA HEALTHCARE OF OHIO
Provides a program to assist eligible individuals who are ready to quit smoking. Participants may receive one-on-one counseling, educational materials, referral to a telephone quitline and stop-smoking aids such as nicotine replacement in the form of gum, the patch, nasal spray, lozenge, inhaler, Varenicline, and Bupropion.

Application process
Call or go online to register for the program. During the COVID pandemic, Medicaid enrollees were not required to reverify to make sure they were still eligible for Medicaid benefits. The hold on these reverifications has ended and reverification reminder notices will be rolled out throughout the year. Enrollees should look out for reverification packets in the mail and report any address changes to their JFS office.
