PrEP Health Navigation is a free service, and Ohioans can get PrEP free through a program called PAPI.

Eligibility

TelePrEP is available to all Ohio residents. To qualify for PAPI, you must be an Ohio resident with an HIV negative status and earn less than 500% of the federal poverty level (FPL). The FPL, which is subject to change, is currently $63.800 for a single adult. PAPI participants are required to reapply annually.
