Application process

Phone M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm for information or walk in M-F: 9:00am-3:00pm to pick up application. All required documents must be submitted with application. After application is submitted with all required documents, family is placed on bottom of waiting list and will be notified by mail when space is available. There is an annual renewal required to update paperwork and stay on list.

Fee

Tenant pays 30-40% of family's monthly adjusted income or flat rent.

Eligibility

Serves Darke County. Must meet federally established limits for family income, according to the guidelines of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). For persons convicted of a felony, must be at least three years after being convicted, and other eligibility criteria may apply.
