Community Organizing Assistance And Action | Lee-harvard Community Association

Provides assistance in organizing neighborhoods for safety and other neighborhood concerns (parking, building code enforcement, and other issues of common concern). Also provides assistance in reporting and resolving complaints against those violating the city's housing codes. Services complement local community development corporations.

Varies, depending on what is requested. A monthly meeting occurs on the third Wednesday of the month 7:00pm, except during summer and holidays.

Application process

Call and leave a message 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Office is not staffed for regular hours, but volunteers check messages and return calls.

Serves residents of part of ward 1 in the city of Cleveland. Boundaries are Miles Avenue to south, Warrensville border on East. Shaker Heights border on West and to East 136th and Glendale Avenue.
