There is a per hour rental fee schedule for the Women's Club Pavilion which depends on residence status and day of the week. A security deposit must be made in advance, and there are additional security charges per hour. The Kiwanis Pavilion has four sections, and there is a non-refundable fee for each section reserved. The Gazabo has a non-refundable fee for two-hour blocks of use time.

Makes available the Lakewood Park Women's Club Pavilion (an indoor facility) and the Lakewood Park Kiwanis Pavilion (an outdoor shelter facility) and Gazebo (an outdoor facility) for use by private groups. Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not allowed.
