Description
Triple P Seminars: Information and tips for specific parenting concerns provided in person or on-demand for parents of children and parents of teens. Individual Sessions: Brief in-person or virtual consultations, for parents of children and teens, about specific parenting concerns to help parents create their own personal parenting plan. Triple P Discussion Groups: For parents of children and parents of teens these two-hour interactive discussion groups focus on common topics facing parents and strategies to deal with these common issues. Triple P Group and Teen Triple P Group: In-depth training in positive parenting skills, offered as 5-week course, with the option for three individual sessions to support parenting goals. Triple P Pathways: Additional support for parents coping with anger and wanting to address de-escalating common parenting traps, offered in three learning modules Triple P Stepping Stones Group: In-depth training in positive parenting skills for parents of a child with a disability or delay, offered as 6- week course, with the option for three individual sessions to support parenting goals. Triple P Fear-Less: For parents of children or teens coping with anxiety. This class helps parents recognize and respond to their child's anxiety, address avoidance and help their children learn coping skills, gain resilience and become capable problem solvers. Offered as 6-week course or one-day intensive workshop.
