Provides eye care, oversight of general ophthalmologic health, and eyeglasses including: - Eye exams and vision screening. - Medical care for patients with eye-related medical conditions such as diabetes, glaucoma, and more. - Eyeglasses through a partnership with Prevent Blindness Ohio. NOTE: Does not offer assistance with contact lenses. NOTE: Assistance with transportation to appointment may be available.
