Intensive Outpatient Treatment - Chemical Dependency - Youth | Crossroads Health

Provides an intensive afternoon and early evening outpatient treatment program for youth with substance use disorder. Psychiatric and mental health services may be included if needed. Separate sessions for family members may be provided to help them understand the client's addiction and understand the treatment that is being provided.

Sessions are offered 3-4 times per week. Sessions are typically 2-3 hours with average length of stay 4-6 weeks.

Application process

Phone for an appointment M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm or email anytime. In most cases, new clients will receive a substance use disorder assessment to determine the level of service needed (agency will accept recent assessments from outside agencies).

Sliding scale; Third party payment accepted: Medicaid, Some private insurance; Financial aid available.

Eligibility

Youth 13 through 19 who have substance use disorders; may also have a mental health diagnosis.
