Application process
Walk in for service to access the emergency department. Call for information on patients who are inpatient at the hospital. Individuals may also call during clinic hours to schedule non-emergency services. Self-pay patients presenting for non-emergency services will be referred to a financial counselor, who will discuss payment options and screen the patient for financial assistance. The patient may be asked to complete a financial assistance application, but medically necessary services are provided prior to approval at the discretion of the treating physician. Patients who are eligible for Medicaid, SSI, or other assistance programs, will be assisted in applying for benefits. Medical record access is M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm. Physician referral access is M-Su: 7:00am-11:00pm. Medical records apply to patients.
Fee
Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Emergency visits are treated immediately regardless of insurance status. Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Those with insurance may be eligible to apply for assistance in certain situations. Financial Counselors will screen uninsured for Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, or hospital charity eligibility.
